Membership

Thank you for your interest in the RBNA. The annual subscription fee for 2026 will be £20.00. If you wish to add a voluntary contribution beyond the £20 subscription your generosity will be much appreciated.

Please complete the subscription renewal form on page 2 (below). There are three possible methods of payment:

Please Note: Currently Suffolk Building Society is not part of the Confirmation of Payee Scheme and therefore on banking apps a warning appears that states that the account cannot be matched or verified. This does not mean that the account does not exist, merely that the account is not currently part of this confirmation platform. Please ensure that the sort code and bank account number have been inputted correctly and then have proceed, ensuring that the 9-digit payment reference is also inputted for successful placement of funds into the River Blyth Navigation Association account. Once you have made a funds transfer, please return the completed subscription form via email advising us of this, so that we can trace the transaction and process your subscription.

2. Cheque:  post your cheque made payable to “RIVER BLYTH NAVIGATION ASSOCIATION”   together with the completed subscription form, to Matthew Sullivan at his address below.

3. Cash: Please do not post cash. You can drop it off at Matthew’s house along with the completed subscription form.

Once you have paid for your membership, you will receive by post a membership card with the combination for the pontoon gate lock, which will be changed on 1 April 2026.

Should you have friends who would like to join the RBNA, please feel free to share this membership form with them; we will be delighted to welcome new members. Please do not share with non-members the code to the pontoon gate lock, as non-members are not insured to use the pontoon.
